Your email account may be compromised, and the hacker is intercepting your mail. Or, your email provider may not be allowing ArenaNet mail through.

Duplicate/multiple tickets slow down the process. It would behoove you to close all tickets save the first one, and only update that one. If you find this impossible, as you have no Ticket numbers, it might be best to create a brand new email account, and contact Customer Support through that account to seek assistance.

Edit: I also notice you just posted yesterday that some of your PvP items did not show up in your wardrobe. If you were ‘hacked’ after that post, it would not be unreasonable to have not received a reply yet. Do give the Team time to investigate your issue. =)

If anyone has questions, or feels s/he needs to add info or follow up on a ticket, we always suggest updating the ticket, to avoid creating new ones which truly do slow down response time.
To update a ticket, just respond to an e-mail in the ticket thread (usually the latest one, but any are ok) with the ticket number in the subject line. That will allow you to add info, ask a question, etc.
My account was hacked 5/14/14 and I have changed my email, and my password, and had to get the mobile authentication deactivated because the hacker locked me out of my account with it. I have already successfully have a new email, and password and set up the mobile authentication, but I also submitted a ticket to have all my wealth and items in my characters inventory refunded because I lost everything in my account from the incident, and I have been waiting since last week on the account reset and I have submitted several tickets to have my items returned all to no avail. I think I have waited long enough, can I please have someone reset my account to a previous date before the incident occurred so that I can have my Items back from my characters inventory?
