Hiya, I just bought the game, I could log into the site (clearly) but when I try to actually play it be telling me the account doesn’t exist.. some help here peeps, is there soem sort of lag when you make a new account?

I don’t think you’re running into a lag issue (although I could be wrong). I believe that you should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.

Hey I worked it out, I was being a noob had to use my email addy to log in NOT the account name (like it actually SAYS btw)… the install and set up instrustions really should be clearer :P

Anyway sorted now ^.^
