Hello,
My friend’s account has been terminated for tempering or hacking with the game’s client. Since he can not log on to the forums, he decided to send out a support ticket asking why his account was terminated. After 5+ days, he received a response that the decision was final, as he did not know why he did wrong. He told me that he was doing map completion and the game has closed on him last Saturday night. I would like to ask of the support team to look over his account, because he has only bought the game 3 weeks ago. Both my friend and I are in the same guild and we enjoy the game a lot, so please give my friend a chance to play again.
