After the update the whole Black lion system bugged for me: it shows blank pages only. Everywhere: Gem Store, Gem exchange and Auction
Please fix this
And? How to fix this?
This bug caused by this update, so there is nothing to check at my PC and nothing to ask from my ISP.
Still not working!
I don’t have this issue personally and I havn’t heard anyone else talking about it. :/
I’m glad for you, but I have this bug.
I was in the game and Black Lion worked correctly, then "New build will be avialible, blah-blah", then client was closed, update started, updated successfully, game launched and Black Lion was bugged. And bugged still.
It has blank pages when pressing "O", when interacting with BL specialist, when right-click on items and choose "Buy/Sell on trading post"
How I can play if I can’t buy or sell something on TP?
(edited by SilverWF.4789)
Try repairing the game client, something may have gone wrong when it was either downloading or installing.

Thanks for the advice, done this, but it doesn’t help
Soooo many advices here from Anet stuff....
I have the same problem with Black Lion Trading COmpany :c
blank pages :/
BL still bugged
I have the same problem. looking forward for any suggestion.
i have same problem,
I same reinstalled chrome, IE. Deleted the cache and cookies, GW2 launched with a key “-repair”, wrote the ticket with the attached screenshot to online tech support..
(edited by Moar.1079)
I have same problem after update. Thought it would be fixed with new patch but it still not working.
Try checking your firewall settings. Coherent_UI.exe might either be blocked or sandboxed (as it happened to mine last month).
I’ve always allowed access for Coherent_UI.exe, but who-knows-when my firewall sandboxed it some day which caused TP show blank pages and also then crashed my gw2.exe several times.
1.) turn-off the “sandbox” feature of your firewall (firewall might suspect Coherent_UI.exe is doing something nasty), or
2.) run gw2.exe as Administrator (win7)
I’m using Win7 64bit

One of my friend group have the same problem like this.
We try to find out the reason, and we conclude that it is because of the MAC OS, since he is the only person who use Apple Notebook to play the game.
We think that Coherent may have the problem with MAC OS, since before Coherent he can see Black Lion Trading as usual.
He still have problem till this day, sometime.
We usually buy thing and send mail to him if he want anything…

I use W7, this is not a MAC problem
I wait one day and now is okey. fixed
edit:

it does not help.
A serious problem, I can not buy food or oil, parts I needed for crafting, my warehouse and inventory filled with things I do not need and cant sell it at auction, cant go to dangeon or elsewhere by my Inventor no room for loot.
Ah, I ran into this problem before. But it was only the trading gems page that was blank for me. Sent in a ticket for help, but haven’t gotten a response yet. Googled a few times with the correct keywords and I was able to fix my problem.
Give this a try. Go into the windows temp folder, it should have a gw2cache folder with a lot of numbers near the end. Open the user folder and delete the Local Storage folder. If you open the Local Storage folder you will see something related to trading post, probably that got corrupted somehow. Give this and try and hopefully it would work.
Nope, still not working.
I’ve tried to completely disable my firewall and anti-virus, but it doesn’t help also.
And GW2 always run as admin.
I can live without Gem store, I can live without Currency Exchange, but how I can play without trading post? I can’t buy gear or consumables, I can’t craft it by myself, because I can’t buy ingredients.
3 ingame tickets, this thread - no any response or even attention from Anet. Awesome, just awesome...
(edited by SilverWF.4789)
Try just closing and re-opening. I’ve the same problem with the gemstore several times now. That has worked for me. It is like reloading the page in a browser.

Do you really think I’m never got out from the game for this two days?

An in-game Bug Report will garner no response, as indicated in the submission window. If you desire personalized responses, you will need to submit a ticket to the CS Team. Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Submit a Request.
Good luck.
Ok, done. Will wait...
still dont work
Please tell me the address of the TP server and port can be my provider that it has closed on its part.
Still bugged.
mr Perroff.3705 adress and port are the same as your server IP
Check it with /ip command ingame.
Something was changed at the ANET side. As I see, most of bugged players are at Win7 64 bit
checked on both my PC and laptop with win8.1 and other laptop with win 7 all x64, still don’t work. mind you for a short time before last update and previous one I had one day of working TP so it’s definitely problem on server side since my systems config isn’t changed at all.
Same problem. Start around 1.7.2015, sometimes TP work ok, but then again.
1.15.2015 – TP fine 1 day.
1.16.2015 – update with new helm-shoulders-hands and TP not work.
I think this may be a problem with billing, but can at least left enabled the in-game auction for gold, to play without it getting harder every day!
Clearing your browser cache won’t help, GW2 has its own browser built-in. Try this instead.
Here’s some example folder names to help you identify the right folders. They will have slightly different names on your machines.

Pat, I try it few days ago. And disable all programs in my auto run, use another Windows User Account, use another copy of windows, repair game client, contact my ISP and talk about ports with him. Also update certifiqates and digital signature, run game as administrator. I complete all advances of Support Team, but TP still don’t work :(

Oh, yes, same problem. Also sometime i can’t login because login page dont load.
I wonder how much we still have to sit without the auction, the funny thing is that most everything is working fine, I got into a campaign group favorites
I thought that only I have a problem with the site GuildWars2.com after the update. I see it so by Opera, Chrom, IE10. TOR only displays it normal
I am also having trouble with the TP not loading. I tried clearing the cache, repairing (-repair), and re-installing, and also restarting the DNS service. Nothing works…
Yesterday, I tried using the VPN (one of the open), and it works. After disabling VPN connection TP still work correctly, but after a while TP broken again (with the same eternal loading). But! In-game browser show error window and it’s error 105 (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED) i.e. this is a problem with DNS.
But anyway using Google DNS (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) not solve our issue.

This looks as if the stylesheets from the page are not loaded. That happens sometimes
if a page loads really slow .. or something blocks the CSS files on your side.
I will try to add Ncsoft IP range to my trusted area in firewall
From this https://www.nic.ru/whois/?query=206.127.146.90
seems like 206.127.144.0 - 206.127.159.255 range must be trusted
Edit: Black Lion still blank ><

Yesterday, I tried using the VPN (one of the open), and it works.
I’ve tested this too.
I’ve used free VPN service http://www.vpnbook.com/ and OpenVPN software http://openvpn.net/
I’ve tested it at free Euro server euro217 via TCP port 80
And Black Lion has been working!
After disabling VPN and restarting the game Black Lion still working, but for how long? Also there is errors already here: no background at the buy/sell popup window…
such that it turns out they Anet banned IP range for the Russian and CIS? What are cool guys, well done, thank you!

We’re looking into this at the moment. I’ll update this thread again once I have more to share. Apologies for the inconvenience, everyone!
Hey everyone,
I know that there are a handful of you all that are still experiencing issues with the Black Lion Trading Company. We have had some players have success by deleting the local.dat file and/or resetting IE settings.
If you would like to try to see if either of these work I will provide the how-to info below:
Delete local.dat file:
1. Start the Guild Wars 2 launcher.
2. Uncheck “Remember Account Name.”
3. Uncheck “Remember Password.”
4. Close the launcher.
5. Navigate to the location "C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
6. Locate and delete the file local.dat from this folder.
7. Start the launcher again and attempt to log in to the game.
Reset IE Settings:
1. Within Internet Explorer click on “Tools” and select “Internet Options.”
2. Click the “Security Tab”
3. Click through the 4 different zones, one by one. So first, click on “Internet” and select “Default Level.” Then click on “Local Internet” and click on “Default level” doing this for all four options listed.
4. Click the “Connections” tab.
5. Click on “Lan Settings.”
6. Check-mark “Automatically detect settings” and click “Ok.”
7. Click the “Advanced” tab at the end.
8. Click “Restore Advanced Settings” then click “Reset” under the heading “Reset Internet Explorer Settings.”
9. (Optional) – Check mark “Delete personal settings” if you do not have anything you want to save and would like a clean reset.
Once completed, please click “Ok” and try the Black Lion Trading Company again.
If neither of these suggestions work, please hang tight. We have people looking into this and they will provide an update once one is available.
