Can't access the TP

Hi,

Keeps on happening to me on multiple characters. Just spins and then is blank. Doesn’t bring up the Gem Store. Then same thing if I click on Sell.

Pretty game breaking atm.

Thanks. I play on a Mac. Anyone know where the cache file is on a Mac?
