Guild Wars 2

Hey,
where do i start eh? Ok, im having problems logging in, i can log into this website because its remembered my details, but i cannot log into the game because it says those details are incorrect, which they are not. I have them written down so they are correct, i cant open a ticket because it says my serial key is invalid, and when i try and change my password it says it has to be 8 characters long, even though the password i set is 12+.
Please help im really fed up and going to give up soon if it wont fix.

Are you using the right info to log in? Your email and password, not your user name?

You can check your browser tools, the info should be saved there as well.

As for the ticket, can you submit one if you leave the serial blank? (there is a bug going around at the moment)
