I am not, but when I have in the past the best answer has been to just let it alone. After a few minutes (could be 10 to 15 minutes), it latches on and starts working.

I do seem to be hung at 62% with 2120 files remaining, but it’s not at 0KB/sec, so I assume it’s doing something.

I have an active connection to the server, but it’s as slow as molasses – started out at 2-3MB/s, but right now it’s 5KB/s at best. It’s a lead-pipe cinch that this is because everyone is trying to download at the same time.

60-63% is the magic target where suddenly your download speed goes to 0-5kb/s(atleast for all my friends on ts).

Pinging 64.25.40.16 (www.guildwars2.com) at a consistant 59ms.

This forum took about 5 minutes to log in and post with a 502 error.

Already got my daily, so it is possible. If you only have 1h of gaming (what, of course, is perfectly fine) it may be problematic, but you really can’t blame Anet for that.
