Hmmm just another thought, I hadnt loaded to lion’s arch when it kicked me also… could that be part of the problem?

I was also in WvW, Aurora Glade – it kicked me out from the patch and none of my characters will let me get past the character selection screen now

Same here. Arenanet really should learn how to run their servers, because they make the worst beginners’ mistakes again and again and again… Too bad such a great game cannot be run by people who knows a bit about computer systems and networks.

Yup same here was in WvW with some guildies diced due to patch now can’t get back I. Nor can the guildies who were with me.

I love how the error message (42) says that the problem is probably with routers or firewalls… Like Arenanet tries to blame someone else than their own inability to run servers… Sigh.

Seems all where in WvW that can’t relog anymore? WvW small rewards, defending and gaining bonuses for the people that plays pve. High repair/upgrading bills. And now!! relogging issues on top of that.. Getting better with the time

Could you stop complaining though? Not trying to fanboy or anything (as I’m having the same issue as all of you) but please.. I’m trying to find an answer of the devs and an estimated uptime, not a bunch of whining about the issue.. rly annoying. Whenever something goes smooth, people do not compliment, but when something goes wrong.. all hell breaks loose -rage over-

I can’t believe people are being so offensive. As a former game developer I know these things happen, so please be patient a support people who made this amazing game for you.

same was in WvW, still not happy we got kicked without warning for such a trivial bug fix, and this just tops it off.

Well annoying this.

Kinda interesting though, every mmo I’ve played since UO (and that’s the most of them) always neglect/underestimate the amount of pee vee pee starving players out there, and once again we sitting here…the most hardcore part of the community, ‘excluded’ from the game. That awesome story out of the way, let’s get to it..

Same error here after the patch. I was in WVW in my border on Far Shiverpeak (EU server)

(1) Was in WvW
(2) The game RESET
(3) Was transfered to Lions Arch
(4) Error 42:5:7:878:101 appears for the first time
(5) Restart the game
(6) Logged in, chose the same character
(7) Cursed Shore starts loading
(8) loop from 4 to 7

Europe, baruch bay, Kodash frontier (WvWvW) entered from Lion arch and after kicked, the lion arch simply did not loaded…. after 5 minutes Alt+F4, downloaded patch, correct login and after char selection i get error code 42:5:7:878:101

I was on Cursed Shore map when disconnected, although the character selection screen now shows the character who was disconnected as being in Lions Arch.
