Restarted and updated the client but getting this error on every character during the loading screen.

Was ported to LA for the patch and can’t get through the loading screen after picking character…

The irony of this situations is that maybe they will think twice about forcing unnecessary trivial patches in this way in the future?.

To be honest I just think they need to leave more time after kicking people from WvW to restarting the server as a few people I have spoken to did not load and they are all the ones that cannot log in, I may well be wrong but thie does seem to be part of the problem.

Was booted to Lion’s Arch from Eternal Battlegrounds after the message of a new build being shortly available. It wouldn’t load Lion’s Arch but instead I received the above mentioned error. Interestingly enough I cannot log in with any of my characters. I have a few characters in Southsun Cove, Malchor’s Leap, Queensdale and Lion’s Arch and logging in with any of them results in the same error. I was able to successfully log in on my other accounts, though. None of the characters on these accounts were online at the time of this incident or ever visited any WvWvW map. Maybe this information can help somehow.

Was in WvW like everyone else on restart. Got kicked out, can’t log back in again.

was in wvw piken square EU , redirected to LA but never loaded fully, got rebooted, downloaded the patch and can’t login with neither of my characters since then

Same as all above posts cant login was in Wvw Eternal Battlegrounds got kicked to LA but never arrived.On European server Gandara now just get error 42:5:7:878:101.

was booted to lion’s arch from the battleground but did not got the change to load got disconected before it was able to load me into lion’’s arch now im stuck in character select screen

EU server gunnars hold, redirected to LA from World versus world, error first appeared, then update downloaded and cannot log into any characters since.

seems to me that we all bugged during LA/WvW load screen, we are all probably still bugged/logged in somewhere on a server, and that’s causing confusion for the GW network/client

working here, too, game tried to log me into LA, hard crash, then it loaded me into my previous zone (Harathi Hinterlands) all good!

Solved! Game starts again.
