Is it possible for him to get his serial code resent? He hasn’t logged into the game since launch, tried to get back in, and his password didn’t work. In order to get his password reset he needs to provide details which includes a serial code. If he contacts customer support and provide all his other details can he get his password reset and his serial code resent?

The only way to get this information is to contact Customer Support. They will let him know what information they need to establish that he is the rightful owner of the account. There is a stickied thread in this forum on how to open a ticket.

I’ve directed him to it and told him to save his serial code somewhere offline. Thank you.
