1. Purchased the Deluxe Digital Upgrade in early April, but the Chalice of Glory was disabled. Waited to submit a ticket based on this post: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/Chalice-of-Glory-Bug

2. After April 15th patch, used the Chalice of Glory and received the 5000 rank points as expected.

3. On April 21st noticed the 5000 ranks points had disappeared. My total rank points are now sub 5000, so this is very easy to confirm.

Last update on my ticket was 5 May 2014: “under review”. Can I get an update. I made this purchase about six weeks ago.

Hello there. My friend’s account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. He has an open support ticket. He can’t log into the forums anymore because he gets this message:

“This GuildWars 2 account has a mobile authenticator enabled – please enter the code that authenticator provides to log in.”

He never enabled an authenitcator.

Ticket #606549, submitted May 10 @ 23:46 regarding my stolen account. I just logged in to the game again and my items still haven’t been restored. I am missing the ability to complete my achievements and this happened just after the first (and probably only time) I ever got an ascended drop! The only response I have received is a reset of my password and a change of my email. I am still wondering if I will be getting a rollback or if I am expected to keep playing minus all the items it took me over a year to make? Any information would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello,

I placed a previous ticket over a week ago and no response, no automated message of any kind. Had also placed a ticket on another issue, same results. I cannot find where to go to review my tickets or anything, and there’s nothing in my email box here.

The ticket listed above is about 2 items that I’ve lost in my inventory, not sure what happened or if I accidentally sold or salvaged them. I waited over a week with no response to the first ticket and made this new one. I did notice that the replacement items I purchased when not equipped would go in my main bag instead of the invisible bag I keep putting them in and show on the merchant to sell… I assumed this is what happened to the originals. I spent a good bit of gold (40ish) (for me at least) on them and cannot replace with the same ones.

2nd issue is that I no longer have my original email when I purchased the game online from GW site and have no clue what my serial key was, would like to know where to look it up or have it re emailed to me.

Newest issue is I purchased a accented item and the infused bonus thing to go in it but it doesn’t let it go in, looking at it again I think I purchased the wrong upgrade, offense verse defensive… or something like that. Both are sitting in my bank vault.

You might try reading the Sticky at the top of the page about ‘Not Receiving our Emails?’. Your provider may be blocking mail from ArenaNet. Good luck.

My problem is NOT solved and i didn’t send a duplicate item

I sent 2 tickets with the same object but DIFFERENT contents, i asked a refund for 2 different items that i bought twice in gemstore (kasmeer’s staff in the first ticket and krytan armor in the second). I got the refund only for kasmeer’s staff (first ticket).

K probably i did a bad choice by using the same object but it wasn’t a duplicate message

I reopened a new ticket (#618169) where i ask a refund for krytan armor and i used a different object.

Pls process my ticket quicky.

You should just have sent in one ticket asking to be refunded for X and Y items.

That’s what Gaile means by you having opened multiple tickets.

It’s not like your issues were refund X item and oh by the way I was hacked. That I could see being 2 tickets since they are two very different issues.

Hello,

I had a ticket almost 2 weeks ago concerning me coming back to the game and trying to use my transmutation splitter on my legendary. However, when I clicked it, the splitter turned into a transmutation change in my inventory. I quit the game about a year and a half ago and without knowing my legendary would change from purple to orange, it was too late. So needless to say, after being gone a year and a half, I was excited to receive this splitter then quickly disappointed after. I’m use to seeing my legendary in my inventory and did not even bother to check but when I actually inspected my legendary, it is not even displaying its proper name now. Please get back to me.
