969703 – Please follow this up ASAP. I am giving my account to someone and have asked you guys to change the email of the account. I highly suggest you guys to allow users to change the email without having to send in a ticket. This would mean less work for you and a easier time for users.
That’s because they don’t want you to do this. At all. It’s against ToS to share accounts, because you technically can take the account back.

Friends Ticket. It’s been 72 hrs and nothing has been done to his account yet and no explanation. He just bought the game and bought some gems to buy the perma-harvasting tools. His account was then banned and gems returned. Credit card company says there were no flags for fraud or anything so not sure what the reason was.
Edit: Still no update and just to add the original notice did not say how long the ban was. As we’ve looked online this seems to be a bug if this helps.

Our household has three Guild Wars 2 accounts. One for myself, one for my fiancee, and a third for guests that visit so they can play with us. We have not played Guild Wars 2 since around June 2014.
Instead, we have been playing Wildstar. We recently deactivated our accounts, and decided to revisit our characters in Guild Wars 2. We were surprised to find that two out of three of our accounts have been blocked. This is puzzling as we’ve only used our guest account once, and our guest was very well behaved (Not even savvy enough to communicate with other players, much less cause any problems).
I can only assume that between June 2014 and now, two of our three accounts have been compromised. I assume this because we cannot even post in these support forums using either of the other two accounts. Fortunately, this account is still functional.
On Thursday October 23rd I submitted two tickets which we’ve received no reply.

Please note the first request deals with my primary account, and the second request deals with my guest account.

My second account is only accessed by me, administered by me, and is installed and only runs on my entertainment center computer in our living-room. In fact, support is already aware I purchased it for this purpose (Ticket#588242) and provided no objection to me doing so at the time of purchase.
It would likely be a problem if the account was being used outside our house, or on a second computer (Which it is not). In fact, it has been used so little that it only has one low level (Poorly geared) character around level 10 or so.
I have received automated responses from the support system so I am receiving emails. And if my accounts HAVE been compromised I will add an authenticator, but to do so I need access to the accounts first.
With this in mind, we come full circle. It has been three days without a response to my submitted tickets, and I’d like to request some assistance.

A friend of mine has a problem with his Email, in which it was hacked and he has no way to get into it. His IP address recently changed and he can’t get into his old email to authenticate.
He did send duplicates without realizing they pushed to the back of the queue, but has retracted several of them already.

Be aware that each subsequent (duplicate) ticket that you submit, addressing the same issue, puts you at the back of the queue for each one. You would be best served by closing all duplicates and only updating the original ticket.

That would be great! This is day 4 and we’re losing hope.
My brother sent two tickets #970934 and #970902, six days ago. His account is compromised so he is unable to log-in and subsequently, combine the tickets or post on the forums of his own accord.
He has already changed the password on the email associated with the account, got a brand new PC, as well as ran anti-virus/malware software. He would like, if at all possible, for the account to be wiped clean. (i.e. gold, characters, items) Especially if it would expedite the process.

#982637 is the number of the last ticket sent and the first number would have directed you to the email he no longer has access to. He and I would be happy if you would close the previous tickets and focus only on the number I just posted, because it leads to the correct email.
He says he doesn’t mind waiting for longer because of the mix-up, and we apologize for making that mistake.

Maybe 2 characters missing, have not logged into this game since the first few months had a couple max level toons, logged in and have some random named level 1’s. Also gems currency missing. Have updated credentials in all places. Account is secure.

So my friends account was banned because of “botting”, he tried to contact the support (968126). They wrote a copypase-mail him : “we wont reopen the account and we wont write back”.
My question is, why did my friend get and instant permaban? He did not use and automated gameplay-tool or something. He used a third-party programm for a better TP-UI, basicly something ever player can do with an external website.
He never did anything which was even remotely bannable, plus he offered to delete everything which might have been in contact with that tool, using the rollback and uploading the sourcecode.
Is it really not possible to give him a second chance? i mean he has been playing for years, buying gems sometimes and never broke the rules. Now he makes one mistake which he really regrets and gets locked out?

Hello,
Wondering if you could help me. It concerns Support Ticket #980355 (Submitted 26/10/14):
Unfortunately, although I have completed all paths in the Twilight Arbor Dungeon (Story, the 2 paths for TA, and the Aetherblade Path) my Achievements Panel hasn’t updated properly and only shows 3/4 paths completed. To make sure that I have done all the paths my guild took me through all of them again and the Achievement continued to fail to update. Obviously this creates problems as it has blocked access to the relevent AP rewards, and additional award tied to that specific Achievement, and, of course, it is now impossible for me to gain the Dungeon Master meta-Achievement (with the associated AP, etc.)
Any help would be appreciated.
