My friend has been gone for about 2 years from the game and he just recently tried to come back. When he tried logging in, his account had been permanently banned for botting and his account had been hacked, but he received no e-mail about the ban or about his account being compromised. His ticket number is #1398399 and he submitted it over a week ago and has yet to receive a response of any kind.

I’m submitting this on behalf of my friend who, after attempting to log in after the first time since 2012, found that his account had ‘been terminated for modifying or tampering with the game, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct.’ Just to be clear, he has not played or attempted to play the game after the first few months of the game’s release. The account may have been compromised between then and now. He opened a ticket several days ago and, so far, has received no response.

I am posting again in reference to ticket 1393600. I have updated the ticket with a followup email. It has been 10 days without response.
Hi its been about 9 days so far and my Main account still hasn’t gotten its issues resolved after being hacked. All I need is a password reset link because I don’t have my serial code on me. My ticket number is (1408231:Password reset because of hacked account? ) for the IGN luman.2380. PLEASE! =)

My friend’s account was probably hacked and then banned due to botting. Ticket was submitted over a week ago, the owner provided all the neccesary information. Still no answer.
Hi, I’m posting for a friend who likely had his account hacked. He had not played the game in months and came back to it being banned. His ticket number is #1393953 (he sent the ticket March 29) and his account name is BigMeesh.8201. He went back into his old emails and saw a verification email with an IP in Seoul, South Korea so that may be where the intrusion originated from unless, of course, it was masked (he has changed his email password since). My friend sent two screenshots (one of the automated support reply and one of the unauthorized login attempt) to me which I have combined into one picture and attached below. Thanks for the help.

I apologize for the second ticket. I’ve never waited more than 72 hours for a response from support for a game before, let alone over two weeks now. Originally I thought the mail must not have gone through. Thus the second ticket. Now I understand that you are just so backed up with all the problems people are having with the game
(or lack thereof) logging in or whatever.
Unlike the thousands of people whom are vary angry about not being able to play a game they payed for. Some for months.
I personally would like to say take your time and do it right. You have my support I’ll post on every form i can think of telling them what a great support team GW2 has. Keep up the good work!!

If they are linked, make sure you are using the exact same login information you use for your GW2 account to log into GW1 (same password as well). Some people have forgotten that part. If that isn’t the issue, hopefully they will get to your ticket soon.

Hello!, I am posting this on behalf of TheKillerFruit.2513, He has opened a ticket regarding his account being suspended following a suspicious login attempt coming out of China (Ticket number 1401021), A representative (GM ImaginaryPixel) has emailed him a list of steps to take and then to reply outlining those steps. He has done so, scanning his computer twice over, changing both his client and email passwords and looking through the articles regarding a hacked account. It has been over 5 days since he has heard anything from GM ImaginaryPixel and over a week since he originally opened the ticket, The next step would be to post to this thread inquiring about aid to un-suspend his account and get him playing again! He understands that you are busy and he is not the only one with issues, however he has been waiting eagerly for help and none has come. Thank you very much for your help on this matter and he looks forward to your response
My dear friend, Balmung.6473, has had his account suspended while still in game and has not received a reply as to why this has happened. When he tries to log on, this message is shown, “Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.” Ticket #1413158. My first ticket #1367186 was closed by you guys because you said you never received my replies even though I replied plenty of times. Hence I created a new email address and resubmit another ticket. But still haven’t got a single reply besides the automatic respond.

I reported back that I scanned my computer for virus as well as other things requested. I still have not received any information back or any kind of resolution.

even tho’ i’ve already posted in the german thread regarding the tickets, i’d like to try and reach out this way aswell, as this thread seems more active.
My problem is a bit more complicated as its concerning two ~8yr old Guild Wars (Original) Accounts and a link to my current Guild wars 2 Account;Ticket: 1396541 – given the ticket is written in german, a simple forwarding would be great; and probably necessary… however.
The ticket was submitted on the 30th March.

Well the first email came from support real quick, but after I replied to that (within like 2 hours of getting it) I guess they forgot me lol
I even have my account secured all I need is the roll back on my acccount because whoever hacked me trashed everything I had

Hi. My boyfriend’s account had gotten compromised few days ago and he replied to the email that was received in order for him to re-obtain his account the same day. We still haven’t received any response regarding this matter. He just purchased the game last month too and it seems so odd that his account had gotten hacked out of the blue. He’s always secure with everything he has online as well. Please help him reset his account so that he has his ownership over his account again. Cannot login or access anything of his account due to the hacker putting on the mobile authenticator hence why I’m posting this up. Thank you.
