How is it that every thread on the front page of this subforum has gotten a dev response in the past 24 hours except this one?

Edit: Don’t get me wrong – it’s lovely to see so much feedback from the devs and Gaile especially, but I do think that we’ve been rather patient and it would be nice to know when/if this problem will be resolved.

Just wanted to give an update as my case was just recently resolved. I thank Anet’s support for great support even though there was some delay between respond times (for understandable reasons, as they surely are busy). Haven’t had any other real problems in the game and hopefully the situation won’t change in the future

ArenaNet does not restore lost items, gold, or characters. I had my account hacked and lost basically everything. It’s a terrible way to protect your good customers interests when you basically cannot help them whatsoever in any event that has you losing your things.

Yeah simlilar thing. I am so kittenin pissed!!!!!!!!!!! Was browsing through trading post, didn’t buy anything, checked inventory and my gold has gone. Also i have had missing items. Almost sure this a transaction problem and not due to hacking. kittenin kitten dont know how much i had to grinf just to save for commander then have your gold go. kitten YOU

I was browsing the BLTP too trying to buy some dyes. My client got Disconnected and I couldn’t connect after that. I was really upset today seeing my whole day of farming events go in vain. I had almost 7 gold when it happened. And never got those dyes too.

I’ve been having mail bugs since day one and submitted several tickets about it. A few weeks ago I lost a crafted dagger from a guildie along with over 15g that was sent to me from friends as repayments for loans. I submitted two tickets about it, have done everything I can on my end (clearing everything out of my mailbox, etc.) and still have no dagger or gold. The messages in question were received, but after looking at them then returning to the dungeon I was in, I returned to LA and the messages were empty. There was nothing in them. I haven’t received a single response from ANet on the matter.

And when I speak of mail bugs, sometimes mail I send will not reach the destination for days or even weeks, mail to me will take hours or even days to receive. Messages will be received with corrupt text, or corrupt items (text will be screwy, they’ll be unequippable and not be soulbound, etc.)

when i was getting a repair for my armor the guy said that i didn’t had enough money but i’m sure that i had 60 s while the repair was 3 s and then i noticed that when i traveling my money keeps jumping up and down and by the black lion trading company if i’m trying to sell something there goes money of my “wallet” instead of getting it

Bump. My money and inventory has been wiped cleaned as well. I hope Arenanet responds to this issue.

ditto- everythings gone/ emails wiped too AND they moved me from my server which is now full and I can’t get back :*(

I lost things from my inventory 2 times now , once time it was a stack of t6 materials and today I lost my nightmare medium chest which I bought with 330 tokens and wore it last night and this morning. Did another full run of TA guess what its not in my inventory again.. this is outrageous

Last evening I put to sale a bag that I made with tailoring for 12 gold and a bow I made with huntsman for 5 gold.

This morning, I logged in and got about 6 gold from tp for the bow and a few small things I was selling and the bag was still there listed in the items I’m selling.
I just logged now and I see that the bag was sold 2 hours before the bow (even if this morning it wasn’t listed as sold) but I don’t have the gold!
What should I do to get my gold back? Things like this make me go crazy with this game!

This happened to me today. Placed a buy order worth of 4+ gold (all I had), received the message that I was not connected, lost 1 out of my 4+ gold. Very weird, because it apparently charged me for part of my order, while not placing any order. 1g just disappeared into nothing.

Logged today and discoverd my 11 gold were gone! I’ve checked “Current Logins” and no strange attempt happened, so it couldn’t be a hacker.

I tried to purchase something from the AH (it showed availability), but would take about 10 seconds then just give me an error. I continued playing and 30 mins later I decided to try again only to notice that my 6G is down to 79S. Please look in to this.

Check again on your purchases. There have been reports of lags in the shopping – hours or days ( I don’t remember which, but at least hours ).

Same thing happened to me. Really annoying ! I lost money i needed

I had just finished doing a dungeon and when I checked the inventory, I realized that I have 68 gold,before i have about 118 gold,i lost 50 gold.
i wantmy money because I worked on

As Gaile said 10 months ago, the only way to get assistance would be to submit a ticket to support.

I had about 14g in my bank. I swapped toons to do some frostgorge Sound farming of three champs in drakkar area. I sold some minor runes & sigils on the TP. My gold was still fine. Negacion (Esk0.5697) invited me to group and I accepted. After I reached 20 some odd chests I opened them and look at my gold. I was down to only 5g from 14g???? What gives? do we get it back?

I also just submitted a ticket for this, FYI. It is unfortunate that it appears to be happening again.

ive been experiencing this alot. this is really sad.

i had 139 gold yesterday and today it’s only 39, i don’t buy any comperdium or bought anything in the TP, its funny coz exactly 100 gold was lost, all items in the bank and characters are intact, it was very depressing though
