I factory reset my phone and dont have the account anymore to generate the codes, please help!

I suggest you contact support. Use the tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘Ask a Question’.

Go here to remove the authenticator from your account:
https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery
(You’ll need your serial number)

After that you can re-add (which you should!) your authenticator here:
https://account.guildwars2.com/account/security
