How is Anet with Refunds?

I bought it May 12th and it was through the guildwars2 website.
Oh yeah, they have a 30 day refund policy on accounts. Do note though, that account will be closed and you won’t be able to activate it again.
(I say that in case you have character names you want etc)

Alright good, I just want to make 100% sure that I’ll get a refund.
Ask them if they can close the new account and transfer HoT to your old account, instead of a refund. I think I’ve heard of them actually doing that for someone before.
