When you say 10 letters does that include Heart event letters?

So the fact that i have 15 letters from hearth vendors and a couple more from dungeon “invites” is a bug?
In my experience, the only things that take up the 10 mail slots are mails from other players and Black Lion Gem store
It’s not 10 from any source. It’s 10 from another player (and maybe BL Store?). Story messages and heart rewards don’t count.
just delete the crap in your inbox. it’s not that hard to keep tidy. how much hand holding do you guys need?
Back a few weeks ago, we found that completely emptying a mailbox helped with non-received item issues. You should take off anything you wish to keep and completely clear the box. Thanks.
