I don’t know where this post should be put if anywhere so i just write it like this was account issue. So it seems that my account is invisible to ArenaNet. I have reported some bugs, tried to find and ask answers from forums and i have sent email straight to them but i wont get answer or solution ever even if i have formed my message in form of an question. Still I see other ppl getting free gems cos they didn’t like some outfits they bought and such.

So am I invisible to support or what. This game has some serious exploitable issues and balance problems and because i’m not cheater I will not get along with those issues. I may soon quit playing this game if its support keeps ignoring either me or these issues and thats shame because i really like the atmosphere, cloth desingn and architecture in this game. I also have some friends that i keep contact only on guild wars. But i may have to leave all that behind just because the issues makes game too unbalanced for me to play and have fun at same time.

So ArenaNet i hope you will get your priorities sorted or you have one less customer.

Submitting a request via ticket to CS is the only way you can be guaranteed a response. If you have done so, and haven’t received said response, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky at the top of the page for review.

If you have not submitted a request, you can do so here: https://help.guildwars2.com/home and use the ‘Submit a Request’ at the top of the page. That page also has many answers to common questions and concerns.

Edit: If this is about your concern with Stomp issues, you have already created multiple threads on the issue. Afaik the skills are working as intended. I’m not sure you will find the answers you seek.

Well, it really depends on how you are contacting support, and what you are contacting support about, and the timeframe you are giving support to answer you. If you are asking support about upcoming items, or about bug fixes, they won’t answer you, if you are needing up with your account, they will. If you are submitting bug reports, they clearly state they won’t contact you. If you are submitting tickets, and it’s for issues with your account, and it’s past 3 days on responses, there is a thread you can post in to get assistance. There is also a thread you may want to read if you aren’t receiving any emails from them.
