Hi Anet,

I won’t go into much detail with this, same story like a lot of people, participate the event, continuously disconnected in overflow servers.

Questions is most guild person was in the same situation like I have received chest, even those submitted ticket later got one, mine still haven’t arrive yet.
Read post about putting a ticket in and wait in line, be patient. I submitted ticket, but it’s been week now, still no response.

Can you at least give me a result of yes or no, so you can put my misery out of this.

Anet wrongly terminated my account for 6 days and I did not get to play the event; I did not do anything wrong and after review I receive my account back . No chest for me – this is what the e-mail for Anet said:
“Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Guild Wars Support Team. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused by being unable to log into the game during the Lost Shores event. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you compensation for the time missed and unable to distribute the chest rewards to you. This was only something offered for players who experienced the disconnection issue while in the process of doing the event. As your account was not a part of the event, we will not be distributing the Lost Shores rewards to you.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please be sure to let us know!

I truly believe I should receive a chest since I would have been playing all 3 days had Anet not made the error calling me a bot or what ever.

Gail did you review my Ticket, I still have not receive a Chest, why does Anet compensate some players for event bugs and does nothing for someone who they wrongly took away the game for 6 days. Please let me know something. Thanks

Just wondering what the requirements were for qualifying for the chest? I haven’t gotten one yet and support just told me that if I haven’t gotten one by now then I don’t qualify D= (and yes, there is plenty of room in my mailbox)

I received a similar response from Anet on the 15th, with the effective statement that failure to receive a chest is proof positive that I shouldn’t have received one. The carefully worded response implied that Anet didn’t actually look into my specific query, but the Anet team is confident that they got it right on the ones they did look into individually.

I suppose that the message is that Anet is tired of looking into this, the door is closed, and I should be happy that at least some players had their queries individually reviewed and satisfactorily addressed.

I have sent the ticket via in-game system but after waiting one week I decided to sumbitt it on support.guildwars2.com but they said me that the chest distribution is over and I am not eligible for the chest. But actually my account was never investigated and Gaile said that I can send the ticked any time. Gaile please help me… My ticket number is 121217-000848.
