Legitimate Purchase Refused

Since all six of their options (Refunds, Game Versions and Digital Items, Upgrading Your Account, Gem Cards and Codes, Taxes, and Strategy Guide) have nothing to do with making initial purchases of the game it appears there is no section of support that is designated to deal with this either. It is my opinion that limiting accessibility to pre-formatted scenarios by design ensures improvements have no place to be suggested outside of places like here at the forum. Never answering the phone is also a barrier to communication – it does not however keep me from dialing.
However, since the phone message indicates I should play message tag in the forums, here I am.
How about

Submit a request (top of page)
(option) purchase issue
(Option) buying the game or one of the other options.
And starting a dialog from there.

Support is top left of this page
Submit a request is top right of the page that brings up.
After submit a request, that brings up a page with a button on the screen
choose: Purchase issue.

Fitz: thanks for your feedback about the support site. I think the problem you’re having is that you’re looking at the knowledge base articles, rather than the ticket submission page. To contact the Support team, use the link Astral Projections provided (or click “Submit a request” in the top right corner of the Support site. On the ticket submission page you should see the options Astral described. Hope this helps!
I got the same problem, I bought the game for 4 of my friends (they gave me cash i used my CCard) and we played all the last two weeks, but today at around 3pm (my guess is at 5pm because that’s local reset time) they were unnable to log in and got emails saying their orders had been already canceled and refunded, and I never did such thing.
If you get this cleared up please update so I can do something about it, I already submited a ticket.
Submitting a ticket is good, you might also want to check with your bank. Your bank might have auto-refused the purchases as fraud due to the quantity.
