Guild Wars 2

Ok its been a while and i thought that it would fix itself but i linked my account months before the beta weekends were even going and once the game launched i went to go get my rewards from the hall of monuments and its acting like i never linked my accounts. I have spoken to multiple reps from the support team and they have not helped at all. Anyone else having these issues and maybe have an answer for me?

Log into Guild Wars and speak with the Kimmes the Historian in the Eye of the North, choosing either “Show me my account’s accomplishments,” or “Show me my personal accomplishments.” After you have done that, you can log out.

Then, log into Guild Wars 2 and speak with the ghostly Kimmes the Historian in the ruins of the Eye of the North and see if he’s got your items for you.

If you still don’t see your rewards at this point, please take a screenshot of Kimmes’ dialogue and submit it with a ticket detailing what you’ve done so far, so the team can take another look at this issue." by Gaile Gray

Yea i did all that and ive talked to them before and i did that also. still didnt help

How many points do you have in your HoM? My guildie has his linked but he cant get anything and only has a handful of points.

i have about 11

Additional to the action WhiteWolf has been talking about, I started the HoM-Calculator from GW1. Then I closed GW1, opened GW2 and when I asked the guy in the HoM I got my rewards.

There has been a reboot or something like that, close to the release date of GW2. That made it necessary to start the HoM-calculator anew.
