Im posting here today because my friend is too lazy to take care of his account properly so I’m here in his instead of him to find out what needs to be done.

he played the beta weekend tests but he hasnt put much time in game himself. His account had been on for a good month straight and it was not him. was an obvious bot controlling the account and was the hacker running the bot.

I think now the account has been either banned or suspended. He has tried to email the proper people but they sent him a message stating that he should get a email with the password reset and what not. but they changed the receiving email because he hasnt played since the beta weekend events.

He has all the purchase info and account key. so is there a phone number that he can call or way to contact arenanet on the issue?
