I cannot receive in game mails from any player or from the Gem system. People have sent me mails, with or without items, and I receive none of them. A great deal of supplies and items have been lost in the ether having never gotten to me. The worst of it is that I purchased a dye set from the Gem store and it never showed up, because I don’t receive mails!! I’d really appreciate all the items that were sent to me showing up, but more importantly I would appreciate the item I spent real money on getting to my mail box.

I was in the middle of pvp and it said my account was banned for botting. I submitted a ticket because I have never used any 3rd party program or macro. After waiting two days I checked my ticket status on my work computer. It made me log in my email and confirm that it was me trying to log in since it was a different computer. When I got home from work the ban for botting message dissapeared and i got a new message saying that my account has been suspended while they invesitgate if my account was accessed by an unauthorized user.

Since I got that message: 2 different GM’s have replyed with messages saying that they have reset my password and I should be able to log in. After every attempt it keeps saying my account is still suspended.

What do i need to do?

FYI: got suspended on 30/10 without any explanation at all. Ticket 121030-000601, Error 45:6:3:2114, blurry sentence about account issue. ‘Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information’ they said.
This is my second post in this thread, which I apologize for. But it will be way too disappointing if Gaile misses this.. =\

I’m on Australian time and it’s coming up on 3 days so I’m posting this before I go to bed.
Haven’t heard anything apart from ‘give us your code’.

Posting here since my ticket is on its 3rd day, it was escalated a few hours after i made it and since then, no response.
I have also updated my ticket earlier today with more information stating my case.

On an additional note, there is 1 concern I have. When I manage to get back online and play the content as intended and in accordance to the ToA, doing events etc etc. What are the chances of me gettting banned again in the future? are the players who have been reinstated, after proven innocent tagged in some way in your database?
so if the player gets flagged as a bot, the investigaters then can see that the player just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time again or will this process be repeated?

Update on my case:
After posting here and updating my ticket earlier, my ticket status has now been changed to hacked and I have received an email concerning its change. I responded by updating my ticket again with more details stating that this assumption is not right since my account if fully secured, following your given advice on the matter from the forum posts plus the authenticator.
Is this standard procedure?

I got banned since Oct. 31, though i received an e-mail specifically from GM Roland resolving my issue. But the problem was, i only read his email a day after he sent it last Tuesday evening. I was banned on Tuesday night (UK player, so Tuesday daytime for NA) for botting, and submitted a ticket. It has now been approximately 3 days (give or take a few hours) since I submitted the initial ticket.

As far as I know it has been escalated for review, but I have not heard any further information. Naturally any assistance appreciated and I’d just like to get back to playing, but if I could be back in before tonight’s WvW reset it would be fantastic

The seller is refusing to work with me on this because of the “awaiting review” in the status update. This was posted a couple of days ago here, but has not updated my support account. Is this the preferred support channel to keep trying to escalate this? Can I get an update on the “awaiting review” or get the account cleared?

If I am reading this in correctly the seller giving you a refund for a fraudulent purchase is completely unrelated to your status on the ticket. If they sold you a bad code they should give you a refund. There is nothing we can do to force this, because they have no relationship with ArenaNet or NCsoft.

Please continue to work with your unauthorized seller to get the refund, and you can discuss the possibility of adding a new code to the account as opposed to starting a new account. Each of these situations is handled on a case-by-case basis.
