Guild Wars 2

Hi

this isnt the email that my account is supposed to be under, its the email that a family member used to link his guildwars account to his guildwars two account.

i bought the game [guildwars two] recently and he said i could link the guildwars one account and get cool skins for my weapons, but i did it and it didnt let me fill out any more information it just said that my account name was the his email address and i didnt even put a password in.

i tried to log on and it says my account has been terminated for using an exploit but ive never even played the game? how is that possible? i had to get the account information from him and we have different cd keys and he says he got terminated for something but that it shouldnt effect me??

i put in a support ticket but its been over twenty four hours and nobody has even said they are looking into it, but this is a big problem and i wasnt allowed to make my own account and the cd key i just spent sixty bucks on isnt allowed to play at all.

so i came here to get some kind of answer since i dont know if the support ticket even went through, i asked if anyone got it in an update thing but nobody replied to that either.

help!!

It will probably take a few days for them to work their way through to your ticket. They work tickets in the order in which they were received, so try to be a bit patient and they will get back to you. Unfortunately, support is the only folks to be able to help you.

Please post your ticket number ONLY if no one answer after 3 days!
