Tried my card today – didn’t work.
I’ve had this issue before but i sort of worked around it by using pay pal. But as of recently (around a week or more) that doesn’t work either giving me the – there was an error finializing your purchase.
I’m trying to get some gems and can’t really seem to be able to do it – anyone got any idea how to fix it?

- Also – tried another card through the add new card and that didn’t work either.

Have you tried using only capital or lower case letters? Seems that is a problem for some people.

Also, if you buy a lot of gems, at some point you’ll get bottle-necked if that is the case, contact support.

I’ve been buying quite a few gems – that’s true. I don’t know what a lot is. And i’ve typed in the information just like i did when it worked.

Yes. It doesn’t matter – what I did now is exactly what I’ve done every time i’ve successfully bought gems.

I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for an answer from support then

If you haven’t already done so, you need to contact support and fill out a ticket. Go to top left of page, support tab, then to top right of page, submit a request.
