Well Gaile, as I said, I’m the OP so if you re—read the original post at the top of this thread made first thing this morning you’ll see that I was originally saying I had not been sent a code, and indeed now, some 13 hours later, we’ve still not been sent a code.

This is my friend account and i want to know this:
I didn’t even receive any email when i bought the game… I will receive now with the serial code in the confirmation email? I paid the game with paypal but didin’t received the email confirmation order! I think I still have the money in my paypal account.
I purchase the game +/- 18h!

Thank you for this info. It will help us help you and perhaps other players, as well.

I am in the UK, we used a credit card, we got a confirmation email (see the picture in the first post), I received confirmation of my payment, we have been charged for the payment, we have the page open still if you want me to send you the confirmation, I have the order number here if you want it.

I also submitted a Support ticket with the order number and full details.

14 hours and still no serial number….

Wait, are you saying that if we have not been sent our serial we are not entitled to the discount? I think you#ll find I have an invoice receipt from you stating we now own it… Therefore no matter when you get around to actually sending the code I expect to not be charged any extra, or you’ll find your in breach of a number of sales laws..

Is there a limit on how many serials I can buy via paypal per hour/week or something? I bought a few and started to get authorisation failed errors after submitting the payment via paypal.

It’s quite a lot of money, for the income here ( about 200 euros a month or so) so i feel kinda screwed now…any chance you can make it work in romania too?

Hello i am from Greece i already owned a copy of the game but i went on and bought 2 paysafecards for my sister and her boyfriend in order for them to play together with me but i also get the payment problem since my country isn’t listed the only problem is i don’t own a paypal acount and there is no other way for me to pay and this sale is huge and also i don’t want the cards to go to waste

I already looked into that paysafe to paypal…but excluding the few phishy websites i found on google, there is no way to do that. I can’t transfer from Pay Safe Card to PayPal or directly to my bank account for that matter.

I’m saying this cuz I have already did this to buy some other games who didn’t have paysafecard option and it works. Try to solve this and talk to GW2 to help you and possible not to charge more money when this sale ends.

You can try paysafe to skrill and then skrill to paypal! I guess this works!
