Strange ban message
I get the top bit, but suddenly this bottom part appeared, wouldn’t bother me if not for the [PERMANENT_BLOCK] part, mind filling me in??
Looks like a bug. My interpretation is that you were suspended for racial slurs for 32 more hours. The [PERMANENT_BLOCK] part is likely just the standard links they give you to look over during your suspension.

Yeah I wasn’t sure since my countdown timer froze, but it’s begun moving again.
I’ve seen similar issues when purchasing gems on occasion as well.
Hi. Not surprisingly my account was temporarily banned a couple of days ago for inappropriate language. Everything was fine and the three day ban was ticking down.
But today this error came up. I assume I have been permanently banned, probably because my account name has a certain Latinate word in it. Anyway I can’t see how to change it.
Any ideas anyone?
I have this message too. But I can’t log into support so I assume a temporary ban has become a permanent ban. No reason yet given for me.

It is just a faulty bit on code on the error message display, although PA I would consider contacting support (if I were you) and getting your name dealt with

I was checking how many days I have from my LOVELY 14 day ban to find that the message change, not in my favor ofcourse

I’ve got the same problem with support too, but your best bet is to “Ask a Question” if you haven’t already submitted a ticket about it, or reply to the e-mail you got when you submitted your ticket. Just reply, and write your update in the top, leave the rest there as the system should be smart enough to put it where it belongs.
