Guild Wars 2

I purchased my Guild wars 2, 4 days ago. Today, i try play the game for the first time, and an error occurred.
“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issues. Please contact Support for information”
Build: 15898
Error Code: 45:6:3:2114
Note: I never played/logged in the game before.

Where did you get your GW2 key from ?

But a friend purchased in this site, and their account is working.

First, I would probably edit out the link from your post.
Second, just because their accounts are working at the moment doesn’t mean its safe. There are many people banned because their key are bought using stolen credit cards. I would try to get a refund from where you get the key from then get a key from a authorized retailer.

It is just my guess that your key is being flagged as part of the keys bought with stolen cards.

Many online key sellers( unauthorized by ANet ) use stolen credit cards to get keys then sell the key to people like you.
