Technical support ignores my ticket
I am not joking. Either find some qualified tech support personnel capable to troubleshoot my issue, or return me the money I’ve paid for a game which doesn’t work properly.
In their last message tech support agent has blatantly lied to me trying to shift the blame for its own incompetence. That is definitely not a level service I expect for $50 product.
I don’t really know why you say this. I’ve gotten several really quick responses. Maybe try asking nicely?
Why don’t you first stop acting like a child, calm yourself down, and explain the issue here… Someone may be able to help with the issue.
Game is working properly for the many thousands currently online…. Just saying

Standard TP not working but it’s not my end problem. We’ve tried to help him and the last time he declared Awsomium is malware since they didn’t specifically tell him about it.
And now this is the 2nd thread about how support isn’t helping him.
He also upset the game isn’t in Cyrillic and his retailer told him ANet wouldn’t refund the game.

As Behellagh has pointed out, you’ve made multiple posts (across sub-forums) about your personal issue. I’m closing this thread and I’m letting our moderators about this situation.
We will not refund money that we did not receive. You purchased from someone else. Take your refund request to the company/person/shop to whom you gave your money, but certainly it’s inappropriate to make multiple threads about this matter.
