Oh I agree completely matey, I was just trying to avoid having that said to me and then having to wait for who knows how long for them to respond again!
I finally got the email from Christopher in support, with a new password- rather strange, since I’ve never had any issues with my password or login but I’m back in the game with nothing missing from my account.
An explanation and apology would have been nice but hey-ho, I’ll take what I can get at this point. Best of luck to all still waiting.
