I have had my account blocked due to unaceptable behaviour apparently i have read what was and was not acceptable and i have done none of those things. The original date of my ticket was 18th of october. i waited almost 2 days for a response. which said that my ticket was being escalated to the payment review team and someone would be in touch as soon as possible. So far i havent had any further contact via email or through the suport acount section and its now the 22nd. Im left with no clue as to the reason i am blocked and unsure how long i will have to wait. Do suport members/payment review teams not work weekends ? as this would explain the huge delay. any further help with this matter would be greatly apreciated.

I was hacked recently and my account was banned for selling gold or in game items for real money. This happened after I got some emails from arena net saying my account was attempting to be accessed from China, so I changed my password and a day or so later it said my account had been banned. I am still waiting for a support response my ticket number is [Incident: 121020-000624]

Me (and a friend) where suspended last Thursday, for still unknown reasons.
The log in screen only said: “Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.” and the error code: “45:6:3:2114”
I created a ticket on the same day and got an email back asking for more information, so I gave them the extra info they asked for and they updated the ticket with that info. Since then I haven’t heard anything back.

Ticket been open for 6 days now, been out of the game for over a week now.
After 5 days I would expect a little more than just simply getting my account back, and here is why…
1.) I paid up front for the collector version of the game, to help support what I thought was a very good product.
2.) I play mostly on the weekends, and was unable to play last weekend.
3.) There is a patch, with new content, which is only out for a limited time.
a.) Halloween patch looks fun
b.) There is limited time to enjoy the content, and with an inexcusable ban, I am unable to get what I paid for.
4.) I am losing track of the number of guild events, PVP, WVW, dungeon runs, and all around fun that I should be having right now.
5.) I am a proud member of the USA, I uphold the constitution, and am entitled, to a fair trial, Innocent until proven guilty.
a.) If I am guilty, I should get the proof, in the notification that I was banned.
b.) Simply stating I was banned for violating a section of the COC without more detail, is wrong.
6.) At this point I will be very reluctant to buy Gems, or even to consider buying an expansion when it comes out.
a.) I will be looking at other games, and carefully weighing other options(something I would not have even thought about before this inexcusable atrocity)
To save me as a customer…
1.) I expect my account turned back on.
2.) I expect a formal apology.
3.) I expect an explanation of what caused the issue, what was done to fix it, and most importantly, I expect an explanation of how this will never be an issue for me again.
4.) It would also be nice for some kind of compensation, to help get into the Halloween theme, and content, as I was forced to miss some, or all of it.

My issue has also been moved to a 72 hour suspension which is now at 45 hours, although I have not been notified by support or anyone, I just tried to log in and the error was changed.
After being banned for 5 days, then having a 72 hour suspension does not really make sense to me. If its been resolved to the point that it was a wrongfully banned, what is the reason for the extra 3 day suspension?
It would be greatly appreciated if the suspension was dismissed and my account was giving back. Also a explanation on why I was banned and the reasoning for moving to a suspension.

I’m already missing the Halloween event due to this and I don’t even know what is the issue with my account. I’ve been playing mmos since 1999 in EQ, and have played a ton of them since.
Never bought or sold gold in any game.
Never botted or ever done anything that was considered an exploit in any game.
Never been reprimanded, suspended or had my account terminated in any game.
I go out of my way to play games the way they are meant to be played and just have fun.
Never had more than 4 or 5 gold on my account (not sure of the exact amount, I don’t care about gold). Spent most of my silver buying matts off the trader to level crafting… which I almost never use anyways.
If I were going to buy gold I would just do it from ANET, that’s what the trader is for. But I don’t because there really isn’t much use for it if you JUST PLAY THE GAME.
ANET’s customer service is horrible. I have never been treated so badly by any gaming company. This whole experience has made me question why I should do business with a company who is so arbitrary and incompetent.

We are clean, honest players who do not bot nor dabble in RMT, we do buy NCoins and Gems as support to NCsoft. However, I am disappointed at how NCsoft has rewarded our loyalty and support.
Our family has bought four Guild Wars 2 accounts/games. One was bought physically, three others were bought online because the local retail outlets ran out of stock. My husband and kids could not wait any longer and we had to buy the accounts/games at the bloated price of $75 instead of $58. But supply and demand…
Out of the three accounts bought online, two are active. However on Oct. 14, my daughter’s account(third account that was bought online) has been suspended. No courtesy was paid by sending an email explaining what exactly she was accused of.

I’ve been suspended for three days for “Rule of conduct-User agreement-Nameing policy-Conduct Breaches and outcomes”. What i really did is say on map chat that Europe should get the halloween update first so that the time zones work out for both us and americans. But speaking out against Arena net is so bad everyone reported my name and i was suspended. Your service dose not work i got an automatic email saying i had a ticket and telling me to wait (not how long) so i did. Two day later (today) i still have received no reply form anyone, 24 hours left so i may as well wait it out now but i want Arena net to now that this system is not working for anyone. My friend has been suspended for three day becouse his guild leader told everyone in the guild to report him! please Arena net take down this system until you find a different way if monitoring this game.

At first glance — and I will look into this more thoroughly — it appears you purchased from a non-authorized third-party seller. And while you did not ask for a charge-back, they did. Alternately, they used a fraudulent (stolen) credit card and the account was closed and refunded to the legitimate card holder.
In any event, we truly are not the source of this problem but we are unable to correct it, either, because the payment was reversed. We have not received a cent for the game, and the company appears to have made pure profit from you while costing us the fees involved in the charge-back or refund.
I’m very sorry that this happened to you, and I would love for us to be able to help you. Unfortunately, you need to go back to the seller and demand a refund. Then, after you purchase a new code through the official website you can add the legitimate code to your daughter’s account. She will be able to add to her own account, she will not need to start over.
Very, very sorry that you were taken advantage of like this. Please let me know that you’ve been able to get this resolved with the seller; I will be keeping your family in my thoughts!

Leia.5380, I had the same situation, same account suspension, same message, even from the same handler (Matt S.). Gaile is right, you need to contact your re-seller asap, get your money back and (if you want) buy a new key from a authorized retailer.
I did so, I have a new key that I have linked with my account, now I’m still waiting for support to open my account so I could get back to playing. 8 days and counting since the suspension started… Ticket 121016-002257.

My total wealth was around 30G, will this small amount consider as involve into this kind of situation? Don’t they all buy 100G or more per purchase? And I swear I earn every single penny of them by selling material (orichalcum) ONLY WITH IN THE GAME (though Black Lion Trading Post) and dungeon award.

Hi, I had my account hacked while I was playing on Monday morning( 4am EST). I was online and it started as random disconnects which I thought was related to the upcoming patch for the Halloween content. I was playing with a guild member, who was not experiencing issues. So I told them that I was going to log out for a bit and see if the connection would settle down a bit. After a few min, she was like hey you are still here. I was like no I’m not. Then she said—- Why are you spamming for a gold selling site? I was like, OH CRAP- so I immediately logged in and changed my password for my account and then my e-mail. Naturally the hacker took everything off of my account that was worth anything. But since they were spamming for their company (Which is Chinese based on my contact with the administrator of the proxy server in San Jose which accessed my account), I got a perma ban within 2-3 min of regaining control of my account.
I contacted support and created a ticket: Incident: 121022-000841 But after I submitted it I realized that I did not put it in the right section of support so I created another ticket(not knowing this was a problem) that ticket is 121022-000907.
I received a prompt e-mail for the first ticket Monday morning at about 10 am. It requested information about my account to ensure that the account was mine. I e-mailed back all of the information that I had that day. I also informed [GM] Da Daun that I had made two tickets that needed worked together.
Please help me with this ticket as I do not want to miss any more of the holiday festivities. I feel like support has had enough time to at least tell me that they are working on it or that they are not going to reinstate my account.
I cannot update the tickets because of the ban. It is telling me that my account has been banned when I try to log into support.

Hello, my friend is still waiting on a response for his ticket #121019-001684, submitted 5 days ago. As I posted in my previous thread, the major issue is that somehow the e-mail was changed on his account and this is preventing him from responding to support inquiries since he isn’t using the e-mail associated with his account.
