If the issue continues, you can try contacting the CS Team, again, or from a different email address.

As I run the email server that would receive the emails, they aren’t blocked, nor blacklisted and my other accounts receive emails from anet fine.
You can either try the suggestions above, or try updating your ticket to inform the CS Team you didn’t receive the near-immediate automated response. (Of course, if something is interfering with their responses, updating your ticket from that email address may not solve the issue.) Only the CS Team can assist you.
