GM letter said I use third party software, but I never try to any third party software, for the third party software use will I lose the joy of the game of I really like guild wars 2. Don’t know if my communication program let your mistakes is the third party software, if I use third party software please tell me, I can find program, then to explain.plz help me~thx

No this is NOT true. If you are really innocent they WILL recover your account. Patients is key here.

I don’t use, hope can get back to my account. My account is on August 10th registered. From August 25,, started to play until November 10 be blocked, and I have 1900 + achievement and 100% of the map of the world.

I didn’t read your post good enough. You used third program or Macro whatever it’s called.
