So yeah. She can’t logged in, because SMS authentication is ‘required’ now, apparently.

Neither of us has logged in for around a year.

How to get around this?

To make this worse… We have her serial key but can’t remember her character names.

And we can’t get her logged in to FIND her character names.

Sometimes I wonder about the trend of using cell phone number as authentication.

I believe that to be an optional setting that can be changed when you log into your account on this website.
