Some people get a response within hours, others have waited a week+. Just be patient and try to relax.

The waiting time also depends of how much information you’ve given when submitting your ticket. Be sure to write serial number of your GW2 in order to Anet can verify you are the true owner of the account.

While we are helping most people within 24-48 hours; many are helped within an hour, it depends on the complexity of the issue.
