bank tab expansion not received

Purches the bank tab today it is visible on recent purchases but my bank slots r still the same no new tab, pls help.
Try deleting all or most of your in-game mail. A full mailbox is the number one reason for delayed delivery of purchases. Good luck. =)
same thing happened for me 10 mins ago. i’ve purchased a mini pack and still didnt recieve it yet, and yes, i have space in my mail box. its 4/10 right now. not sure what to do actually, since i cant even submit a ticket on support.guildwars2.com, it says that i didnt entered my gw2 account name, lol.
Remember, the counter for the mail is somewhat bugged. It may display 4/10 when there are actually many more mails in queue.
Also, remember that your account name is the email address associated with your game account, not your display name.
If all else fails, you can contact Customer support by sending an email to support@guildwars2.com
