You could try using the Terminal.app (see /Applications/Utilities) and then running the command (this command assumes that your GW2 client is installed into the default location, /Applications):

Note: In case the forum posting formatting changes the text, there are two dashes – between cider and use-dos-cwd and two dashes between C:/GW2 and C:\\GW2\\GW2.exe.

/Applications/Guild\ Wars\ 2.app/Contents/MacOS/cider —use-dos-cwd C:/GW2 -- C:\\GW2\\GW2.exe -clientport 80
