Guild Wars 2

Can’t login due to the ip change bug have recieved no emails at al even when someone was trying to access my account my ip is static and shouldn’t change so this means my account has been hacked i can’t do anything
also tried to log in to the forums and guild wars 1

2 support tickets were done and no reply from Anet

this is what happend to my friend to

he just change his master account at Ncsoft main website for guild wars 1
he can now log in to guild wars 1 but NOT in to guild wars 2 waiting for a autorisation mail can you please sent him the autorisation mail again
