hello, I transfered my guild on another server less crowded and I realize that the points of influence and improvements are not transfered,
my guild has used volume influence on the first server thinking it could play in good conditions, but it is impossible for us to enter into WvW and play on the same area without being moved on a server overflow

we can transfer the improvements guilds and influence points or at least retrieve all the points made ??on the first server?

Well As far as I’m aware they weren’t originally allowing people to change servers for free hence the gems sign when you go to change. Also the reason you probably lost those influence points and guild points is because it was a new world ( Server ) you have to start fresh and rebuild.

Just speculating here anyone else has a good answer feel free to correct me.

And of course there’s going to be peak time when playing WvW and other areas because the game is still growing in volume of people and overflowing for a while. be patient and enjoy the other aspects of the game!

Guild upgrades are handled on a world by world basis. By moving worlds you will have to start afresh.

Parties & Guilds
We’re working on capacity constraints causing issues with parties and guild functionality, including symptoms such as party members not appearing on the map, parties not staying together as they travel between maps or into dungeons, and guild manipulation not working. We deployed fixes in last night’s update and will deploy additional fixes in tonight’s update.

>Note that guild upgrades and guild influence are world-specific. If you move your account to a new world, you’ll see the upgrades and influence that your guild has on that new world, not the upgrades and influence you previously saw on the old world.<

All of the people who purchased the Deluxe Edition received a Tome of Influence which gave substantial IP to the guild.

Upon transferring server, all IP is lost therefore Anet took away what we paid more money for. Shouldn’t Deluxe players get the Tome of Influence back if we transferred servers?
