Friend of mine asked me for 100g and i gave it to him, then asked for 500g more, and i realized the account is hacked. I went to support and this is what i got

They will ban the scammer, if it can be proven that he did indeed scam you.
But you will not get your stuff back. They will never tell you about actions taken against other accounts however. ace

It would help if you included what your exact request to Support was.

Regardless though, you will need to get your friend to contact Support as you can’t really do anything on their behalf. You could report them as a scammer, since that’s what the account is now…

Don’t pile up everything together.

• Scammers/hackers will be banned. Report accounts, and support will take care of them.
• Items lost because you believed scammers/hackers will not be refunded. Refunding these items will destabilize the economy and overload the staff.

I would not call that scamming, hacking your friends account will get his account back. But by then that gold will be long gone i’m affraid.

You friend can ask for an Account Restoration, and your friend will recover anything lost, if, in fact, his account was compromised.

As for punishing the scammer….what would you have them do? Ban your friend’s account? That does not seem fair.

You, however, will not be reimbursed. Perhaps, your friend will take pity on you, though.
