3 days ago .. i bought GW2 Heart of thorns ultimate edition ,iam actually a new player to this game and iwas very happy and i love the game so much , and sadly they have system that i get my 4000 gems to my account after 72 hour ..so i had no problem with it and nothing to do but to wait .. and after 3 days i got nothing .. so i sent ticket and look what they said

Where did you buy it from? and if you bought it from a legitimate retailer, then call your bank/CC company to see if they cancelled it .
It seems some are having problems buying

Did you buy it from an authorized realtor? If not you could have had a bad key.
