unknown Authorized network
CA , US ( 67.215.234.158 ) 67.215.234.0 – 67.215.234.255
(apparently this one wasn’t a glitch)
(There is one right here that is my IP)
04 , CN ( 114.236.59.16 ) 114.236.59.0 – 114.236.59.255
22 , CN ( 182.101.226.139 ) 182.101.226.0 – 182.101.226.255
These two are the ones I have to question. Where did these come from?

both are from china CN=china
—Napoleon Bonaparte
As the above poster mentions the CN means china. If you have not done so already you should change your email password, change your GW2 password and maybe submit a ticket with support to change to a new email address entirely for GW2.
Also probably before any of that do a thorough scan of your computer to rule out keyloggers or other nasty programs that might be contributing to your potential account breach.
I’m aware that they’re from china, not what I was asking. Two IPs just randomly showed up under authorized, around the same time that the one from anet showed up.
These IPs were not under my authorized list when I got hacked a few weeks ago, so they were recently added. However there is no mention them on the new separate email I linked to the account. An email that was created on a mobile device and has no link to the computer that was supposedly infected in the first place (Which i found no keylogger from multiple scans from spybot search and destroy, malware bytes, nod32 and immunet)
I’ve already gone through the email change/password change, computer scan. Every other day I have a scan going just because I’ve never had any problems with MMOs until now.

Oh, you asked where are they from in your OP… :S
If you want those specific IP’s investigated file a ticket with support.
Already did, got an automated response that had nothing to do with the question and then a response from a representative that had nothing to do with what I asked.

Try again if you are still concerned.
same here. I never authorized this ip.. Nobody knows my email address except me and ArenaNets CSR
, PH ( 180.190.151.179 ) 180.190.151.0 – 180.190.151.255
And this is not from my ISP

can we have some information from the game designers of gw2??? O_O
It looks like more people are having problems with authorized networks appearing out of the blue on their list without any symptoms of being hacked. Some reported the networks of hackers only now appearing on the authorized network list.
Yesterday it was confirmed that there was a glitch in the system that authorized ANet’s network on many accounts. I suggested that the glitch might have also authorized other networks by mistake, but got an answer that it has not. Still, the fact that more and more people are starting to report the same problem makes me wonder again.
Anyway, I hope you get an answer and the issue will be looked into some more. If you want to read and possibly post in other threads about it to draw the attention to the problem, here’s the list:
This is the thread where the glitch was talked about
This is my thread where I posted the reply I got from support
This is a three-months-old thread about a possibility to deauthorize networks with some current posts about networks appearing out of the blue
Here’s the last one I found
The problem is not many people check the security tab, so not many people notice a thing like an authorized network appearing suddenly without any explanation. I am hoping for a bug.
I am hoping for a bug too, or at least that the ones in regards to my case were leftover from before and never showed up and not an actual intrusion again because if it’s another intrusion, I’m just going to hang it up. With an authenticator running off my ipad, an email created on my phone and only accessed through my phone (so they can never get the password even if they happen to get the sign in information they won’t be able to get on without the authenticator anyway (according to anet, i’m not a believer yet_) plus going from scanning every other day to scanning every morning I turn on the computer with spybot, malwarebytes, nod32 and immunet, and every night before I turn it off. If they get through all of that? they installed an ocular implant and see everything I see. Or anet isn’t being forth coming about the source of these compromises.

That is false hope as ANet disables all kinds of authentication for remembered networks for convenience of those users that CBA to input security code on every login =\. Dunno if things got changed but there is a thread or 2 about authenticator (still)not working properly.
Okay, they have to reset my password to remove the ips.. yet I already reset my password and changed my email address at their insistence, so the ips shouldn’t have been on there? they only showed up after the anet ip address magically showed up.

Which category did you use to report the problem? I used “account issues- other”, but I’m thinking “hacked account” might get me a better answer.
I put it under hacked account, took them 5 hours to get back to me to change it and after they reset my password and I changed it, the unauthorized ip addresses are still there… ugh.
Another thing, I may have been the one to authorize the password change but there was no mention of it with the email I made for the account, that feels like a big oversight.
edit: well they finally removed the ips, alls good now.
