5-15 fps in open world
Run your laptop with the power cord plug in set the power management setting to high performance, you should be getting way better than 15 fps with those specs. I get 20 to 30 on my I5 with an intel 4400m video, it’s not the game it’s something set wrong in your laptop.
put the correct term in but not everyone has kittens

I suggest looking into potentially un-parking your CPU cores.

and how i do this? im relly need your help im sorry to butter you but you relly helping me .
Unparking cores can significantly reduce battery life as we’ll.
unparking cores and lowering your settings may help, i had the same problem and i solved it doing this:
type (percentage simbol)appdata(percentage simbol) in the start menu and press enter, then search for the Guild Wars 2 folder and change it name or delete it, after that, run the game and it will creat that folder again and hopefully your problem will be gone, it works for me

TY i do with you tell me to do and its help a lil bit , how i "unparking cores "?
For the core un-parking, see here:
http://www.coderbag.com/Programming-C/Disable-CPU-Core-Parking-Utility
and:
http://coderbag.com/Programming-C/CPU-core-parking-manager
(Both of these links are safe, and there is no malware/viruses from the downloads either (I use them both))
Basically, it will change a registry value to keep your cores un-parked (you can allow them to park as well, just change the setting) (sometimes, processors with multiple cores will ‘park’ cores to save power when they are not being used, and having to start them up again takes time (not much, actually)) and by leaving them un-parked can give you upwards of 5-10+ FPS (I gained around 10 or so for my i5 3210m which was constantly parking its two logical cores and one of the physical cores)

I think that might be the price you pay when trying to make a laptop into a gaming rig…..
