For one, you’re running a 64 bit OS on 2GB of RAM.
Have you tried using -repair to repair the installation?

I reiterate my above post.
But as Insanity noted. Try a repair. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling then re-installing the game.,

Uhg, im sorry..
I have 4GB ram ofcourse (why would I be running 64bit else).
I have tried running -repair but it also doesn’t work.

Oh, lol! In that case. Try an uninstall/re-install.

(it’s noted in the list of what I tried)
I’ve deleted the whole guildwars 2 map and also the map in /users with data.
Then ran install again and I get the same error.

Looking at the log you are getting a memory error. And your memory usage is up there. I would try stopping unneeded processes/applications and see what happens. Is your page file/virtual memory system managed or hard set?

Have you tried rolling your system back to before SP1 installation, and checking if this issue persists?

@Legitemy – I am thinking this is either your driver that’s crashing or DirectX. Have you submitted a support ticket yet? If not I would highly recommend creating a support ticket so that we can address your issue one on one because some of the steps that we may ask you to try or diagnostic information we may need to ask for we do not necessarily want to post publicly.
Once you’ve done this, please reply to the thread with your ticket number and we can take it from there.
@XcomCaveRat – I got no idea how to make a rollback on before SP1.. I don’t think my system has backup’s.
@AshleySegovia – I have actually made a support ticket: [Incident: 120919-006170]. Thanks for answering and thanks in advance for any help I may receive. I will try to re-install DirectX right away.

Module: nvd3dum.dll (second)
^ These are related your problem. Looks like the display driver you are using has issues, or it could be DirectX. I recommend a complete uninstall and clean install of the latest driver (or if attempting to use the latest, try the previous version, etc.), or the latest version of DX.
Let us know how it goes.
EDIT: Ashley beat me to it, and I think she’s right. :P

Hmm why can I no longer edit my post. It was available just a minute ago and now all I see is “permalink.”
Anyways, Module: nvd3dum.dll was from Insanitys post. Insanity I’m not sure what that file is, but that’s most likely the cause of your issue. Nvidia driver(s) perhaps? Not sure. Run a windows search for the file, identify the application or driver using it, and update/uninstall/block as necessary. Try that and report back.

Uninstalling DirectX is harder than expected and I did fully uninstall/reinstall/repair my videodrivers a few times.. (its Catalyst control center software).

If you used Windows Update to install SP1, it probably created a System Restore Point. You can check it in Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Click Next it will show the list with restore points you have. You should see one on the exact date when SP1 was installed.
But be careful, restoring the system will wipe out any changes you’ve done to drivers/DirectX etc. I suggest you try that if nothing else works.
