Can no longer select certain Character without crashing, on multiple PCs
in Account & Technical Support

After playing for several days with no crashing issues at all, I am now experiencing a crash during the load screen every time I select a certain character to play. My other characters load into the world fine with no issues. I checked to see if could log into my account and load my character using a friend’s computer, and his game crashed as well, even though he hasn’t had any previous issues and is using completely different hardware. Customer service has only suggested fixes dealing with my client, such as:
-Deleting and reinstalling the client
-Running the Guild Wars 2 -repair tool
-Deleting Local.dat and GW2.tmp
-Removing old drivers and updating to beta drivers
-Changing various graphics options in the game
None of these have done anything to resolve the issue. Recently, a second character succumbed to the load-crashing and can’t be selected without crashing the game. That charaacter is also confirmed to crash on other PCs, while my remaining characters work fine.
My level 25 warrior is located in Divinity’s Reach
My level 42 Guardian is located in Blazeridge Steppes.
Below are the specs for my main PC that first experienced the issue. And the crash report I get now any time I try to select the character.
