I had pretty much no problem with either of these until immediately before the maintenance last night. It has happened since then quite a bit. Anyone else having similar problems?

What exactly do you mean by rubber banding? I have been getting a problem where there is a significant delay between when I push a button and when my character actually acts, is this what you are talking about?

Rubberbanding means when you do something, and you keep doing it, even past when you want to stop. In this case, walking. Ode to ghosts of games past where you could use a rubberband to hold down a key, and thus have your char do something repetidly or continually.
