I believe I am having same problem
build 16732
cant seem find error code in popup window i get about the serious error

America, Crystal Desert server
though currently logging on from Germany

eu server here sometimes i have been able to log in but when i do log in guild chat isnt working saying im not in guild when i am, just thought u should know about this as not seen ppl saying about it.

Getting reoccuring disconnects during the night for about a week now, i believe with a similar error and an unavailable login-server.

Can’t login like the rest of the guys, it’s like that for some hours now.

Oh, I also have disconnects at night mostly at 01:00-02:00 +1GMT, maybe that is account related aswell? :s

EDIT: But Trade is not working.

Managed to get to character select screen after quite a while trying to log in, but it wont let me get any further, ‘play’ just in grey then i get error message

Same issue 42, ocassionly get transaction in progress,
was able to log in once, after 5 or so attempts, but log out, cause instead of my id – was an email.

Been having this issue for a week or so now. Luckily persistency pays off for me, I generally have to wait 10-15 minutes and I can get on but today I’ve been waiting more than 3 hours and have literally only just logged in successfully.
Until this get’s fixed, keep plugging away at that little red sign-in button and good luck!

I’ve been in game, i’ve disconnect and 5 min later when i tried to relog, it did not work anymore.

That’s not an answer … they threw you a bone so you would leave them alone to do what ever they do when they are alone in a room with a computer ….

I am of the same opinion. I paid so they should fix it.

I never said to keep your mouth shut just to think about what to say. And as a (former) network admin I can tell you how frustrating it is to have a customer “demanding answers” behind you while trying to fix a problem.

This has been happening just now since i logged in and people when forming groups for fractals end up split up in different versions of fractals and groups just falling apart due to this error.

I can now get as far as the character select screen on my laptop (error 42:0:9001:4105:1001) , rather than desktop machine – desktop is still giving the same

After successfully login a I see my account name has changed to my email address… and i log out. Now i can’t login. Again.

Really? If that’s the case, then ANet have just breached the Data Protection Act. I wouldn’t be too happy about that if it was me.

Just sent a mail to the support team and received a automatic response message. So their support system is online by the looks of things

Ill be patient as im sure they are working hard on the issue, I have faith it will be sorted out soon
