when i had problem in WoW with one map error i msg to support and they fix problems in 5 minutes. If u sent msg to arenanet u got anyproblems they just ignore u or answear after many hours…..

Simply can’t login, telling me it’s normally a firewall problem, which is pretty unlikely. Though I just did a 88MB Microsoft Windows 7 update, security and such like.

So it is possible, though maybe the 2 things are related.

I want to play so bad, haven’t been playing for a week because i was to busy =/

I just got in the game and character selection screen, but game didnt get any further. I got this kind of error message from game:

“Unable to find server address. A Domain Name Server (DNS) request failed.
Error code: 26:11:5:506:11”

I just wanted to inform this, if there is any help to find the problem.

Excited when I got to character select…then it crashed the whole thing :///// pushing in on 3 hours now

I triple checked all at my end: PC is in top shape, no anomalies anywhere, tried barebone processes, no internet issues of any kind (a guy from local provider came and checked, every bit of my internet connection is good, no conflicts, blocked adress or any other issues were detected).

It’s definitely the game.

I had some issues last night too, while it blocked me out of the Fractal dungeon, while my team mates were still inside; I left the dungeon to get the repair in LA and it immediately logged me out and patched the game. When I logged back in I had an error window.
