Got it +-30minutes ago for the first time, as then able to log in after several tries. Now i’m back out again getting this message (logged out due to a sound bug).
If I run the game with the “-diag” parameter it gets stuck on tracing network paths

Thank you for working hard to fix errors and respond to the players. I suggest some people use this brief time spent in the real world to get their hands on a dictionary and look up the definition of “Patience”.

A few others you could look up are “Respect”, “Etiquette” and good old fashioned “Manners”

Ya same is happening to me, login in this morning, went off for a while and then can’t log back in. Tried to leave if for a few hours but no luck, looks like it is servers.

I also have this problem, but a son on the second PC in the next room and joined normally plays. I do not go right … what the hell is this?

Been trying for over 2 hours now.. (got in once for a few minutes, but after logging out, I couldn’t get back in)

It gets past the initial password check. If you fill in junk, you’ll get the message that the password is invalid. But after entering the correct password (and waiting for a while) I get the error message that the game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server.

Just checked and my wife can run the game on her computer without problems, we are in the same network with exact the same hardware spec. When I try to login to my account using her computer I get the same error as on my computer.

Please a little Report Tech-Team whats going on:)

Same 2 errors as others have been reporting.

worth noting, people are seeing me online abut with location Unknown. Also, in account security settings i can see me having an active connection to the server other than the one used to see that info. I can also disconnect it with no effect.

Don’t see why I should go to their Facebook/twitter BS for information that should be posted first on the OFFICIAL WEBSITE with constant updates on the official website (then post to Facebook/twitter)

This kind of…PR annoys me.

As i said, I am not going to their Facebook to give it a “Lick” (“like”) i would rather have information about everything to do with the game on here, the official website.

PS…still cant login, maybe now is the time to DL Tera seeing as i have free time now :/

Perhaps because they are looking in to it (as they’ve said) and are still looking in to it now, and nothing has surfaced yet to constitute to anything direct to why, and thus unable to give us an update (yet). – Other than the already seconded response to encourage for peeps to continue to report the issue (and the Community team are clearly monitoring the forums, and redirecting people who are creating new threads to this one to consolidate).

Not really rocket science. Play/do something else in the meantime.

Hopefully it will be rectified soon – as my guild have an event up for tonight.

Friend said he’s seeing me online, but clearly i’m not cause i can’t login :P
Also i’m still in a party and when i press login he sees my character portrait pop up for about a second.
