Havn’t been able to login at all today. EU server. Not fun at all :-/

Also cant log in, it hasn’t been 4 hours for me though. Maybe 1 hour? I actually logged out because i have had a 1-3 second delay in the game for 2 weeks now. It never goes away…fix that while your at it so i can get back to spvp.

I have same problem.
I changed language on Arenanet connection panel and retried.
Now it’s dling seems to be an update (14k files)

Was able to log in (after purposely writing a wrong password, getting instantly told it was incorrect, then using the correct one), but on the Character Selection screen, it shows my e-mail address next to the achievements points. The friends list shows my e-mail address as well, and so does the Guild Roster. Figured I’d log out to see if that solved it, which just got me back to not being able to log in with Error Code: 42:1020:9001:4103. Edit: The e-mail address is only seen by me, not by others, and they still see the regular Name.#### information.

Again; I’m located in Norway, EU. Server I consider home is Seafarer’s Rest. Strangely enough it seems to instantly know if you are logging in using a wrong password, it just won’t process the correct one.

Let me also say that this issue shows that this game is getting really popular!

Bought this game yesterday, and I must say, ArenaNet has made a beautiful game! In addition to the game beeing beatiful, the ArenaNet team is really good at communicating with the community. Which in turn has given the game alot of great improvements, and hopefully will add many great improvements in the future. On top of this, we are given detailed information fast and regularly when errors occurs, like this one.

Keep up the great job ArenaNet, first time in a long time I’ve been smiling so much when playing a game! Or when having technical issues as well

can’t login the most of time, since a couple of hours, and when i can join i have my mail instead of my members name and a lots of lag and rollback. It’s unplayable and unfun.

Managed to login about an hour ago on Fissure of Woe but had to run an errand, now i cant log back in again

i had the same problem a few hours ago , unable to login then after about 30 minutes i was able to login and now when i try to login again it gives the same error as before..

My wife and I are logged in, finally, me with my usual nickname and she can see her email adress … But I can’t see it … it looks like you can only see your own email adress, noone else can see it!

Occasionally I get in, but then if I need to log it’s multiple attempts. They did reply (surprisingly quickly) by email to say they are working on it. Guess it is a major issue since when this last happened it was fixed within the hour

Causing a mass panic isn’t going to help anyone, so lets chill and be patient. These guys get paid to do this type of work, give them some space and let them do their jobs.

Have faith in the support team as i think they do an amazing job.
